Yes, walk-ins are welcome during our opening hours, subject to available stock. During festive seasons our gift boxes sell out fast, so we recommend pre-ordering online to secure yours.
Can I view the gift boxes before I buy?
Of course — visit us during opening hours and our team will be happy to show you our collections so you can see the quality and packaging in person.
Can I pick up my online order at your store?
Yes! Choose self-pickup at checkout — it's always free. Order by 3pm for same-day pickup, and show your order confirmation at the counter when you arrive.
Can you arrange delivery if I purchase at the store?
Yes, we can arrange Lalamove delivery within KL & Selangor, or GDex courier for outstation — just let our team know when you purchase. Standard delivery fees apply.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders at the store?
Yes, we'd love to help with corporate and bulk gifting. Drop by to discuss, or WhatsApp us at +6017-811 8025 ahead to make an appointment so we can prepare samples and a quotation for you.
